Mother's Milk WTA
I've bought unflavored and flavored WTA E juice from these guys in the past, and it is top notch. This stuff is expensive, but if you feel like you aren't getting what you need to out of vaping it is really worth a try. Using their unflavored as a mixer has moved to be the best bargain.
The Vapor Room
These guys are not on the budget e juice list. They have fairly average prices, but great juice. I got all my stuff through these guys before I switched to DiY. My suggestion is to buy in bulk so you get a better price.
Wizard Labs
I Just found this place fairly recently, but they seem to have the best prices I have found, they carry all DiY supplies, including VG/PG, nicotine, flavorings, and all the mixing equipment a person could need.
